Is this a roof lease or rent-a-roof scheme?
No. You legally own your solar system from day one. It becomes part of your property immediately. You're completely free to sell your home, make improvements, and keep all energy export income — unlike roof lease schemes.
What happens if something breaks?
Everything is covered by The Solar Plan. If a panel, inverter, or battery needs replacing, we handle it at no extra cost. On longer plans (20–25 years), homeowners typically benefit from 2–3 full system replacements — all included in their monthly payment.
Will the credit check affect my score?
No. We use a soft credit check that has absolutely no impact on your credit score. It's quick, discreet, and gives you an answer fast.
What plan lengths are available?
We offer flexible plans from 5 to 25 years. The majority of our customers choose 20 or 25-year plans, as these offer the lowest monthly cost and the most comprehensive replacement cover.
What if I move home?
If you sell your property, you can either transfer the plan to the new owner or include the system's value in your sale price and settle the remaining balance. You're never locked in.
Does it work in winter?
Yes. Solar panels generate electricity all year round — they only need daylight, not direct sunshine. Output is lower in winter, but your battery stores energy for use in the evenings and darker months.
